Objective
- Learn Pilates Barre style/format for implementing class into you studio/gym
- Lecture of Pilates History, Alignment, Special Population, and more.
- Review of Pilates mat and barre exercises
- Learn meditation techniques for the Pilates Barre Meditation class(optional)
- Career and marketing ideas and options
Pilates Barre Mentorship
One on one sessions
- Learn how to individually develop your teaching style.
- Learn how to program and sequence your pilates mat and reformer classes
- Continuing education credits
- Develop professional and social media skills, marketing, etc.
Mentorship Options
- One month (Collaborative Consultation, 4 Individual hour sessions a month, weekly action items) $500
- Three month (Collaborative Consultation, 12 Individual hour session in three months, weekly action items, 100 hour Pilates Barre Certification) $1150
*Mentorship can be done in person and/or virtually
